Pediatricians, psychologists, neurologists, orthodontists and dentists, OTs and PTs, and school teams have been sending Atlanta families to TALK since 2011. Here is exactly what happens when you do.
Your report gets read, all of it
Send the psychoeducational, neuropsychological, neurological, or orthodontic findings with the family (or directly, with authorization). We build on completed testing rather than repeating it, and our evaluation picks up precisely where your recommendation left off.
You hear back, on a schedule
With family authorization you receive our evaluation summary, the treatment plan, and progress data at every formal review. Myofunctional referrals get progress reported to the referring orthodontist or dentist at each review as standard practice.
Fast intake for your families
Referred families reach a clinician-informed welcome call the same or next business day, with evaluations typically scheduled within one to two weeks. Tell families to mention your name. The context helps us prepare.
Honest scope
We're a private-pay pediatric practice. If a family needs in-network care, or has a need outside our scope, we say so on the first call and suggest where to go instead. We'd rather protect your referral relationship than force a fit.
School teams: we come to you
Our clinicians already test and treat on campus at several of Atlanta's independent schools, write goals against classroom language demands, and, with family authorization, keep teachers and student-support teams in the loop at every review. When a family asks where to turn, the answer can include "and they'll work with us directly."

Call 770-302-6902 or email therapy@talkatlanta.info with the family’s contact information and your findings, or simply give the family our number and your name. Release-of-information forms are available on request.
